“Tell me…” Series

An unprecedented series of 50 teaching videos that use the most recent discoveries of neuroscience to help us understand child development and appreciate the importance of a nurturing approach to education and child rearing.

“Tell me…” lays out a new positive approach to childrearing for the purpose of encouraging the evolution of professional and parenting practices.

The series was shot both in France and in Quebec at child height without any staging, in order to capture genuine situations from the everyday life of parents and early childhood professionals.

Each video is accompanied by an explanatory note proposing ways to explore the topic further and highlighting the most pertinent resources available on the subject.

This series accompanies the conferences, practice analysis sessions, training programmes, teaching days and the congresses that the Association offers in French-speaking countries.

An unprecedented group of international experts accompanies this series: the teams from AQCPE (Association Québécoise des centres de la Petite Enfance / Quebecois Association of Early Childhood Centres) and EPEPE (Ensemble pour l’Education de la Petite Enfance / Ensemble for Early Childhood Education) together with the scientific and pedagogical expertise of the Centre of Excellence on Early Childhood Development in Montreal, the Centre of Psychology of Quebec and the members of the Scientific Committee, and in particular Catherine Verney and Isabelle Filliozat.
